Liliana Cotoara, MBA
Founder and Principal Learning Consultant
Liliana founded Learning Core in 2020 after almost 10 years of working in the training and development industry. One of her very first few roles was as a corporate trainer for a global software company where she created and facilitated personal development courses and workshops. She had an innate curiosity to understanding how people learn and what drives their engagement. Throughout the years Liliana became known for her training consulting skills, and her talent to design beautiful, interactive e-learning courses. These days Liliana’s experience is versatile and includes designing and developing custom courses and training programs for companies of any size, either local or global.
Drawing from her early roots in Romania, Liliana enjoys Europe’s most traditional foods and loves to travel and connect with the nature.
