Learning Materials for Athletic Apparel Company

Project objectives

The client has been going through a complex brand transformation and reached out to Learning Core to:

• Provide learning expertise in choosing the best training delivery method for each topic area.
• Design and develop learning materials that learners are able to easily locate, download and print.

Solution

We worked collaboratively with the client to understand the brand transformation initiative and understand the skill gaps that needed to be filled through training. We identified a series of 15+ workflow diagrams that employees needed to use in their daily jobs. The workflows were visually complex and the management was worried that employees would have a hard time understanding them. We designed a series of Quick Reference Guides that presented the step-by-step process to reading a workflow, along with key messages and business specific information. Besides this, we also created role-specific learning materials, job aids and presentations.

Result

The client received a package of learning materials that they uploaded to their internal collaborative platform. This gave employees the possibility to easily locate and download the materials as needed and when needed. The project has been successful and our collaboration with the client continues today.
