Software Simulation for Insurance Company

Solution

In collaboration with the client and a team of change management consultants, we developed a training plan that included both e-learning and virtual learning sessions. We created a series of e-learning courses that emerged learners into an interactive, simulated environment where they could learn and practice at the same time. Learners interact with the software as they would in their real work, and they are walked through different scenarios with step-by-step guidance.

Result

Stakeholder and early participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The software simulation e-learning provided the knowledge and skills necessary for employees to have a great start in using the new software.
