The challenge

Oracle’s Payroll division needed consistent, high-quality training for global onboarding across many regions, plus new programs to build core professional and interpersonal skills across diverse teams.

The approach

I delivered classroom and virtual training adapted for different cultures and regions, and designed full-day instructor-led courses that built practical professional skills.
